This work is typically structured as short advisory engagements or bespoke workshops - tailored to the specific challenge, team, and context. The emphasis is on making sense of complexity, surfacing what matters, and enabling clear decisions and commitments.
Formats may include leadership offsites, strategic working sessions, decision-making workshops, and facilitated conversations around growth, restructuring, or organisational change.
Individual & Group Coaching
I work with individuals and teams who want space to think clearly, reflect honestly, and move forward with intention.
Coaching focuses on sense-making, decision clarity, and sustained action over time. It is particularly suited for leaders, founders, and professionals navigating transitions, ambitious goals, or evolving roles.
Engagements can be short-term or ongoing, and may be combined with facilitation work when relevant.
