Senior people leader, coach, and facilitator.
With 10+ years spanning creative agencies, NGOs, and high-growth organisations, I've led people functions, coached senior leaders, and navigated complex change — including a full company merger.
My background is intentionally broad: from award-winning global campaigns to hands-on HR leadership, from co-founding a cultural venue to building a mental fitness programme. I bring a founder's mindset — pragmatic, human, and focused on what actually moves things forward.
I'm based in Copenhagen and open to senior roles, consulting engagements, and coaching partnerships across creative, tech, and mission-driven environments.
